OpenDover makes these transcripts and shares them under CC BY 4.0. They are of public meetings whose recordings are already posted publicly, so they include everyone who spoke, residents in public comment too. Statements by anyone who says they are a child or a school student are left out, and so are phone numbers and email addresses read aloud. Please credit it with the line below.
